Happy International Women's Day! Today Modern Muse Youth Ambassador Miah and I went to to Superdrug head quarters, they had an amazing panel of inspiring women and Miah networked and introduced Modern Muse to girls from Wilmington Grammar School - a great day all round.

Today I was very lucky to have lunch with Sky news presenter Jayne Secker at Sky HQ. After lunch we had a sneak peak at Sky's hi-tech news studio - as you can see it's a big glass room. The presenter, in the room is Kay Burley.

Donna Robertson I envision myself running a huge charity (Modern Muse) with a large team of young talent working with me to look after thousands of Youth Ambassadors, schools and registered users.
Our partner Superdrug invited me to their Christmas launch for press, it was a fantastic event with great networking and I was lucky to meet lots of influential bloggers who loved Modern Muse. Here I am with Bee.

It was so great to be invited to MK Innovates in Milton Keynes shopping centre by Modern Muse partner T-Systems, we had a fantastic day and I met incredible students from about 20 different schools.

So pleased to be working with Pavandeep Aujla at Harris Academy Bermondsey, she has helped us write and shape our Youth Ambassador programme - we're looking for students and schools in London to take part in September.

How do we get involved in the youth ambassador programme?
Great day sharing our students' views on how to get more women into tech at the Women's Business Council event at Portcullis House. Students - how do you think we can encourgage more girls to consider tech careers?

Donna Robertson Everywhere! I'm a really curious person and am interested in people so I observe quite a bit - it's easy to do in London. I also get to meet amazing people in my job from girls at school to senior executives so I'm always inspired in some shape or form! I also find inspiration by being challenged it makes you think differently!!
Would you like to ask me a question?

Miah What advice would you give girls going into male-dominating sectors?

Donna Robertson Take charge of your own development and build a network of great mentors, male and female so you can learn from them and ask for support if you face career challenges. I've always identified colleagues or external contacts I admire, then I tell them why I like what they do and ask if they have some time to for a coffee to talk about how I could develop in those areas. The worst thing that happened is someone said they didn't have time but that didn't happen often.
